The Irish Variety Ensemble was formed in 2003 by members of The Irish Traditional Youth Band and Emerald Isle Dance Team
both formed by Pat Mc Nally ARCM. The aims of the Ensemble are to promote Irish music, singing and dancing. All our members are amateur musicians
and dancers whose one goal is to entertain people.
Our membership is open to all in Ireland who can attend our rehearsals and have achieved at least
grade 4 in music and most importantly have a keen interest in music. We are a non profit organisation using any funds
raised to help towards the runnig of the band.
We plan to tour Eurpoe and the US and possibly China over the next four years bringing our own brand
of Celtic Flair with us. We are 100 percent commited to the advancement of Irish Music.
