The Emerald Isle Dance Team was formed in 1994 to perform at the Royal Tournament at Earls Court in London. Since that legendary performance in 1996 the group has gone from strenght to strentgh.  Under the current leadership of Rita Sutton I.D.T.A, Elizibeth Abbey I.D.T.A and Amanda Farrell I.D.T.A the group has performed at many events in Ireland, Scotland,Wales, Jersey,Norway, Moscow and France. 
 
 
The highlight of the group was there outstanding performance at the 2001 Edinburgh Military Tatoo which had visitors captivated for the month of August.
